Beef and Noodle Bake
Love this, but I like using shredded pepper jack cheese and small glop of garlic chili paste in the sauce/meat mixture. To taste really... Add a nice little pepper garlicy kick.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is a great start. I use a rotisserie chicken and pull the meat adding it at the end. I also use a variety of different seasonings including sometimes and not always; cumin, garlic and/or onion powder, chili powder, or red pepper flakes, or Mrs. Dashes Southwest Chipotle blend.. also like to shred pepperjack cheese on individual bowls

Polish Sausage Kraut Skillet
Didn't care for this... If you don't like sauerkraut you shouldn't make sauerkraut, instead of making it and then covering it up. My man loves sauerkraut and if he likes it, he'll go back for seconds... not this time.
