Soft Sugar Cookies IV
The best sugar cookie recipe EVER! These turned out perfect! Nice and soft not overly sweet so you can enjoy with icing. We think they are better than the Lofthouse Cookies! Followed the recipe exactly and had no problem rolling them out and using cookie cutters. With the left over dough I rolled them in a ball and then flattened the ball some with my palm efore baking, as I just didn't think the would "melt" into a flat cookie as the cookies pretty much stayed in the original shape except they puffed up a bit. New favorite recipe and big hit with family and friends!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
The best chocolate chip cookies EVER! I used 1/2 chocolate chunk and 1/2 morsels...Yumm Yumm! I do think the vanilla was a little strong, so next time I will back off to 2 teaspoons instead of one tablespoon and see what happens.

Baklava
Oh My! This is wonderful! Yes it is time consuming but it is well worth it! The only problem I had was cutting it it into diagonals as the top layer kept trying to come off, but no biggie I just tried to smooth it back out as well as I could. Some people said they thought there was much to honey sauce, I thought so at first, but it was quicly absorbed. Be sure to put it on immediately after pulling your Baklava from the oven, it is fun to watch it sizzle and then dissappear into the layers. I let it sit over night and dug into it this morning. I have to say, it is better than any thing I have had at restaurants! I had to give myself a pat on the back for this one! Thanks for the wonderful recipe :-)
