Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
OMG!!! OMG!!!! Beyond amazing! Used Corona Beer, added roasted garlic, and used Pheasant for the meat. 3 kids, and 3 adults, served with garlic bread, and we were all happy as a clam! This will definitely be a keeper in our home! Thank you for sharing!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2012
I have made this 3 times and it's absolutely the BEST! The very first time I made it, I accidently mixed in the mozzarella with everything else, instead of topping it at the end. Good mistake! I'm making it like that every time now so the cheese doesn't slide off while baking! Thank you!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
This was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I used the no cook lasagna noodles, and just topped the sauce on top, with the cheese. I left out the vegetable broth, used fresh spinach, used my own home made spaghetti sauce, which had sweet italian sausage and hamburger, added ricotta cheese, and left out the feta, OH - and used roasted Garlic!!! Dish was gone in a couple days, and hubby wants me to make more! Making more today!

Wow!!!! I substituted the meat with filet mignon and used golden cream of mushroom which makes the world of difference! The meat just melted in our mouths! Served with green beans and mashed potatos. The cream of mushroom sauce made the perfect gravy!
