This recipe was so good. i use wine with the flour. I put in 2 extra can's of beef broth. It turned out really good. It taste alot like Dinty Moore Beef stew in the can. But this was a better version of it. It's a keeper in my recipe cookbook. I will make it again.

Ranchero Catfish

It was ok. It seemed like it was missing something. But couldn't figure it out. I have no idea where you could find rach torilla chip's. Where we live we don't have those. And one point in time we had ranch corn chip's but they were only limited time. So the only think I could find to use was cool ranch dorito's.

Potato Cheese Soup

I made this tonight. It was awesome. I will for sure make it again. It's a keeper. I put a little more cheese in cause I like cheese.But I didn't change nothing else in it. It was sssooooo gooood. Everybody you have to try it.
