Cuban Black Beans II
Mywhole family loved this! I made it exactly as written, except I added a jalapeno, and a little more salt. It was delicious! I like beans really well done though so i did cook it longer, close to 4 hours. Will definitely make again.

Famous Restaurant Alfredo Sauce
We weren't too thrilled with this. Even after adding parmesan cheese, it was still sort of bland.

Salisbury Steak
Made this last night and it was a HUGE hit! I used less ketchup per other reviewer's suggestions, and added about 1/2 can beef broth to make more gravy. Delicious!
