Country Gravy Like None Other

A very good basic recipe! I used Maple Venison Sausage only... The onions and salt and pepper was enough. I prefer Corn Starch to thicken my gravy.. otherwise you can't go wrong using this recipe! Just be sure to adjust the amount of milk and flour or Corn Starch to how much sausage you use. Thanks Ann!

Hazel's Meatballs

A very easy and tasty meatball recipe. I followed others advice and cooked the meatballs first... drained the fat and then added the sauce and cooked 15 minutes longer in the oven. I also added garlic powder to the meat for extra flavor. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe.

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

My family loved it. Next time I will slow cook this in my crock pot so the meat will be more tender. I think this rub would be great on any meat you like. Def. a keeper.

Meatball Sandwich

Don't change a thing.. this is a excellent and easy recipe to follow. I used lean Moose hamburg.. slow cooked it in the crock pot with Marinara sauce. I tripled the recipe and made a huge batch. The flavor of the meatballs are awesome!

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham

This is overall a really tasty recipe. I tried recipe this 2 ways to see which is the best. The first time I did not use the bag and I did not use the Cherry Juice. I substituted the Cherry Juice for Pineapple Juice.. also I cut way back on the maple sryup (only half) of what the recipe calls for. I basted the ham quite often until it was done... It was so good. Since I read so much about cooking the ham in the bag I tried it that way and followed the recipe exactly how it was written. The ham was to sweet and it had a reddish tint to it from the Cherry juice. The bag was a hassle and the juice just sat at the bottom. I am glad I tried it both ways. I will not use the bag again for this recipe.

Tender N Tangy Ribs

The ribs were very tender but the vinegar was way to much. Brown sugar would make them sweeter and also I found the recipe not thick enough.

Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze

A very good recipe..I used crushed pineapples along with the juice to make the glaze. It also made the ham look very nice after it is cooked. The glaze didn't get thick but I basted it often and the ham was very moist. I also added about 1/2 tsp. ground cloves to the glaze. Excellent meal!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I followed the directions and didn't change a thing. They are nice cookies but alittle flavorless. Nice texture and appearance. Easy recipe to follow but needed to bake about 13 mins. instead of 10. Def. not the best cookie I have ever made but worthy of a second try.

Potluck Spareribs

This is a good recipe. I did it in the oven and added water and minced garlic to help keep the ribs moist. I drained the water and added the sauce the last 30 minutes.. The sauce is perfect as is... The longer you slow cook the ribs in the oven the better. My family loved it!

My hubby made this and it came out great! He baked a white cake instead of the angel food cake. Very pretty to look at and even better to eat! This is a keeper.

Golden Chocolate Chip Cookies

Absolutely delicious! My family loved this recipe. I added 2 tsp. hot water for the perfect consistency. Crunchy around the edged and soft and chewy on the inside. It's so good it's sinful! Made 3 dozen small cookies. (1tsp per. cookie) Thanx for this recipe!
