I am married to one of the world's pickiest eaters!! He is in the Air Force and I am thrilled and proud to be a miltary spouse. I work full time as an Office Manager for a general surgeon, so my true home cooked meals are always on the weekends. During the week, I try to make quick and easy meals since we are always so busy! We have 2 beautiful kids, daughter 15 and son 13. I love to try new recipes that don't have 50 ingrediants :) Hubbie is a meat and potatoes man, so I usually end up cooking something simple for him and " interesting " for the rest of us :) My mom made meatballs called Swedish Meatballs, but they are nothing like the normal recipe for Swedish Meatballs! But, since she was Swedish, I will keep calling them that! :) I cook all major holiday dishes since we are in the military and move often and they always come out good :) No on ever starves at our place :) Sometimes, brownies can be tricky!! I have made rock hard brownies on more than one occasion and I cannot for the life of me, fry meatballs!! I just end up w/ oily meat mush :)
