Alison's Rainier Bars
So, so, unbelievably dry. Made them for a friend who is really active - he couldn't even eat one without it crumbling. We took the rest and used them as a granola topping on yogurt, which was pretty good.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
Super easy and went over well with my guests. I didn't even bother with the butter. Used a pre-made mozzerella-garlic mix. My household is gluten free so in lieu of bread crumbs I used crushed corn chex and seasoned with italian seasoning and seasoned salt. Great!
