This is GREAT!!! I made a few changes based on what I had in the kitchen to work with, and it still came out perfect! I used long grain rice dispite lots of other reviews saying that medium was the key...it didn't make much difference to me. I also added a little bit more sugar, and used a mixture of skim milk and heavy cream because I didn't have enough milk and I'm actually glad I did...it gave it a rich creamy taste! I don't care for raisins so I left them out. I also added a little bit of vanilla (on accident) into the mixture with the eggs and then I added it again with the butter at the end and I think that also gave it a nice flavor. I will be making this again ...and again and again, but will most likely double the recipe in the future! Thanks!
