I am/was a stay at home mom with 2 girls and a loving husband. I just started my own gourmet cookie, cake and catering business. It's been challenging but I love every minute of it. anything and everything! We sit down and eat as a family almost every night. Something I never want to change. Starting my own catering business! holy cow... too many to list! The funniest one was probably the first time I did Thanksgiving dinner all by myself. I had cubed the bread the night before for the stuffing and put it in a huge plastic bowl in the oven over night (just to keep it safe). Well the next morning I turned on the oven to preheat it. About 30 min later black smoke was billowing out of the oven. I forgot about the plastic bowl and it had completely melted to the inside of my oven. It was.... memorable to say the least.
