Butternut Squash Pizzas with Rosemary

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Everyone at the party LOVED this salsa. I didn't add any sugar and used strawberry jelly. It was an amazing party dish! I used butter on tortillas instead of spray, still turned out great.

Black Bean Salad

Amazing!!! I added an extra avocado. Everyone at the Superbowl party raved about the salad. Great to serve with blue corn chips or eat alone.

Almond Chocolate Coconut Cookies II

Loved these! I toasted the coconut and almonds (also used sliced almonds instead)...delicious. I took advice from other recipes and added some extra coconut and almond extract. I would absolutely make these again.

Carrot Cake Bars

Moist, tasty and definitely a crowd pleaser! I topped these bars with a homemade cream cheese frosting....absolutely wonderful!

Cheapskate Stew

Not bad, but not gourmet - definitely traditional all American homecooked meal. I added garlic powder and extra italian seasoning like other reviews suggested. I froze half of it for a cold winter night.
