Easy Baked Tilapia

I love this recipe & make it all the time. I use just plain frozen broccoli, & sometimes add in some cut up potatoes as well. It all goes great with the seasoning mix. I add a little borsari citrus seasoning salt on top of everything & squeeze lemon juice on top rather than using lemon slices. I also rub fresh chopped garlic onto the fish rather than using garlic powder because I think the taste is a little nicer.

Yummy Apple Cinnamon Crepes

I used the recipe for the filling with the "Dessert Crepes" recipe for the actual crepe, so I can't say whether that "crepe" part of this recipe is good, but the filling was yummy. I made it with half red apples & half granny smith so it came out pretty sweet, but my group liked that. It was easy to make & hard to mess up given that I was only half paying attention while I was making it. I filled the crepes once with just the apples, which everyone liked, & then I made another batch where I put a little creamy peanut butter & some melted chocolate sauce on the crepe first, and then filled with the apple filling. That sounded gross to me at first, but it was actually really yummy if you like chocolate peanut buttery desserts.

Lebanese-Style Red Lentil Soup

I liked this a lot. I'm not sure if I made the recipe exactly, because I made a smaller portion, and didn't carefully measure everything, but it came out great regardless! The only things I know I changed are that I didn't use cayenne pepper, I just used a little bit of black pepper, and I omitted the cilantro because I hate it.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

I have made this one many times, and it's now a staple in our house. I use a little less chili than the recipe states, because it's extremely spicy with the recommended amount, and I'm a wuss when it comes to spices. Even my picky husband who never likes healthy foods, asks for this regularly.

Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas

These are awesome. I mixed and matched with whatever fresh vegetables I had and they turned out amazing. Even my picky husband, who never likes it when I make quesadillas because I use whole wheat tortillas, loved these.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Yum! I added some garlic powder as previous posters suggested. I also used a little more flour than the recipe says because I like my soup really creamy. I also sauteed the celery and onions a little before adding the other ingredients and boiling. It turned out great, my husband couldn't get enough!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Delicious! I don't like wings so I made this with chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken breast meat but followed everything else almost exactly (used less butter in the sauce). They turned out great! My very difficult to please husband couldn't get enough. He now wants me to make these every Sunday during football season.

Dessert Crepes

Truly SHOCKED by how well these came out. I saw the positive reviews but since I am an inexperienced cook (with very bad past experiences with crepes), I assumed I would find a way to mess them up. Despite the fact that I used too much butter, they still turned out almost perfect! (I recommend Nutella, mmmmmm)

Taco Seasoning I

I live in Egypt so I can't find pre-packaged taco seasoning anywhere. This recipe was great! I rubbed it on chicken for fajitas, and my Fiance has never raved so much about something I made!

This recipe is great! I have made it a few times and it turns out delicious and moist everytime. For a change, this recipe is the perfect amount for 12 muffins as well. I eat them for breakfast all the time.
