i make cakes for a living and this is the recipe i use, hands down, everytime, and well since i am making more cakes the ever before, and getting nothing but compliments, well i would say its a keeper!!!!!!!

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

these were really really good, the only thing i did different was not adding choc chips, i didnt have any, but they still have plently of chocolate flavour, my kids love em. Also when i put them on the cookie sheet i rolled them into balls first, this way they look nice and round after they are done, 11 min was just about perfect for them in the oven. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Strawberry Jam

So this jam was amazing, and it does take really long to get up that last 10 degrees. I have given most of my jars away and so far everyone cant stop eating it!!! Plus i have used it for recipes that call for jam and it works great when its being baked.

Caramel Banana Cake Roll

The only thing i did differently was put the caramel sauce in the filling, as other reviewers suggested, and it turned out really good. Brought this to a family reunion, and everyone was asking me what it was if i had brought another one, lol. Not hard to do at all and makes for a nice presentation!!!

Home Made Top Tarts!

Loved them, i made my own pastry for this but otherwise followed the recipe, they are so cute and taste really good, i gave them to my kids and all their friends and they loved them. Everyone was amazed that you could make homemade poptarts!!!!

Berry Shortbread Dreams

these were really, really good, the only thing i did differently was to use homemade strawberry jam, just brought them to a family reunion and everybody was raving about them, they did not last long!!!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

although my recipe is a little different, i do enjoy these cookies, and so do all my customers at christmas time that i bake for, whats funny about this is on my copy it says that a woman bought this for $250 from neiman marcus, i fell right into the story and until now did not know that it was an urban legend, neat, anyway very good cookie!!!

Sugar Coated Pecans

i just made these, and they are incredible, i mixed the egg whites with the sugar and cinnamon, which was a mistake on my part but turned out wonderful. I just did it one bowl too, no bags and it was super easy, i cant stop eating them, cannot wait to make them again

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

this was very easy to make, i didnt add any water to it and i only added one egg (only had one on hand). I have a 2 month old puppy and we are teaching him how to sit and once i made these helike them so much that he learned in no time at all. i also added extra pumpkin, probably the reason for not needing any water

Apple Sheet Cake

This was just wonderful. My husband made me make for his work and within 10 min. it was gone. My brother doesn`t like apples so i added blueberry`s and it was just as good. It reminded me of a toaster strudel with the icing. I am so glad I found this recipe.
