Bangers and Mash

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2008
I can't say that what I came up with is Bangers and Mash, however this was a jumping off point. I used ground turkey instead of the links, I layered green beans in there also, garlic mashed with cheese! It was awesome. I added the gravy, but left some for the top. Son LOVED it! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I loved this, what an easy way to use up leftovers. I seasoned the sauce with pepper, salt, garlic powder. I just used stuffing I already had made, added fresh parsley over the top of the turkey before adding the next layer. Perfect!

I didn't have any problems with this recipe 'as is', I tried the change in temperature and time and it just slowed down the process. Hubby and son just LOVE these, this will be a staple in my kitchen! Thank you!!

Love it! Excellent use of leftover ham, I think next time I will add an extra egg. Very easy, I just dumped everything (except the wet ingredients) into my food processor and let it rip! Thank you!

Strawberry Syrup

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
Great jumping off point. I wanted to make a 'mixed berry' syrup and couldn't find a recipe so I used this one. I used a cup and a half of frozen mixed berries (Raspberries, Blueberries, and Marionberries), 3/4 cup water, and a cup of sugar. It was much to watered down, so I added a little cornstarch. Turned out PERFECT! Hubby couldn't get enough of it! Thank you!!

Ok. Decent jumping off point. I would just say take everything everyone says into consideration. As always, we all tend to adjust it, However it's a great starting recipe. Thank you.
