Spicy Grilled Shrimp
Got this recipe emailed to me just in time for some shrimp I was going to grill. Must have been a sign as they were very well liked. After reading some reviews I didn't use a tbsp of salt, instead I used a heaping tsp. Used frozen shrimp that had some ice on them, next time I might thaw them first or marinade them longer, the flavor was faint but it was still good. Will be using this again.

D's Famous Salsa
Great recipe that I made a few tweaks to. After making the salsa I add one 14.5oz can of corn, drain it completely, then stir it in. It adds some texture and crunch. I've also started adding 1/4 cup of Tequila to the salsa, getting good reviews on this tweak from family and friends. Add it in after as well, mix it very thoroughly. Note, this will make the salsa more "soupy" so I drain some of the liquid from the tomatoes before adding them. Also to save time, I just throw everything but the tomatoes in the processor first, give it a few pulses to dice up the cilantro and onion, then add tomatoes. No reason to dice them up first, let the machine do the work. A great recipe, thanks for sharing!

Pasta Pomodoro
Great recipe. I had everything on hand except the pasta, picked up some whole-grain pasta on the way home from work. Fast and easy to make. I used about a teaspoon of fresh ground pepper and 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper. Gave it a light simmer in the mouth. Leftovers heated easily in the microwave. This one is a keeper!
