Mexican Atole

This tastes fantastic. To the person who says that in México we use corn starch let me tell you that she is absolutelly wrong. I am mexican and I am used to drink atole since I was born and we use always CORN FLOUR. I never use piloncillo since I don't like the taste of it and prefer to use simply brown sugar and lots of cinnamon.

Awesome Ham Pasta Salad

Cajun Baked Catfish

I did it as writen and just added a little powdered mustard and it was really fantastic. Excellent for those of us who are counting carbs. This is a keeper.

This really has a hommy taste, I added the herbes of Provance and the thyme as recommended and used a little bit more of wine to have a nice sauce.

Chipotle Chicken

I made it today, but I simply put the chipotles, the sour cream, one spoon of powdered chicken broth, 2 garlics and poured over the chicken and baked it for 30 minutes. It was absolutely delicious!!!

This is delicious! just be sure to use the mexican papaya as someone said and not the flavorless hawaiian. I added a dash of cinnamon powder.

This a really nice recipe!!! it came very crunchy and delicious, I used some flour on the fish before the battering and add some dill and paprika powder to make it more flavorful, We will make it again.

Maple Salmon

Delicious!!! I used 5 garlic cloves finely minced and a few drops of lemon juice to make it zestier. I double the recipe. Wowwww this was a real success at home and my husband ate it at first as a favor to me and later wanted to eat more and more.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

these are by far, the best scones I ever tried, and I am a sconeholic, instead of the milk I used half milk and half sour cream, and used a little less baking powder.
