Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Made this frosting for chocolate cupcakes using all natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt). The whole crowd went wild! Excellent recipe - I used the wire whip on my Kitchenaid mixer to first mix the butters together and it came out creamy and perfect! Thanks so much!

One Hundred Thousand Calorie Bars

I've been making these for years and everybody loves them. The only change I make is to add unsweetened coconot shreds to the caramel/nut layer. I always refer to them as German Chocolate Caramel Brownies.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

My family absolutely loved this! I used 2 32oz packages of frozen corn, and doubled everything else. It seems a little thin after 4 hours of cooking, so I left the lid off the crockpot for the last hour and it thickened up nicely! I think the only thing I would change/add is to defrost the corn before using. Thanks for the great recipe!

Hawaiian Bread III

This was fabulous! I added cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a little allspice for my personal taste and used unsweetened dried coconut (about twice the amount called for because I love coconut). Got rave reviews from everyone! Thanks so much!

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

These were really great! Everybody in the office loved them. I added some cloves and allspice to the recipe and increased the ginger and cinnamon for personal taste as I like things spicy! Thanks for the great recipe.

Mashed Potato Casserole

Made this for a pot luck today and it was fabulous! A major hit with all the cooks in our group. Missed the posting regarding the pre-made dip, so used French Onion Soup Mix - didn't notice anything missing. Added some shredded cheese and bacon crumbles to the top for additional taste and presentation. Will definately be making this again.

Best Lemonade Ever

I've made this several times and its always comes out great - The only change I make is to thinly peel the lemons and add the peel to the sugar/water mixture on the stove, cooking for about 10-15 minutes. It adds extra lemon flavor and adds some lovely color to the lemonade. Make sure you strain out the cooked peels before mixing in the additional water.

Down Home Casserole

Both my boyfriend and I liked this recipe - I used bulk baby carrots and broccoli so I didn't have to chop and skipped the celery as we both don't like them cooked. Used red potatoes, so no peeling and added fresh garlic. Very quick and tasty. Thanks

Quick and Easy Ham with Sweet Potatoes

Mocha Cake V

This was a good cake, everybody seemed to like it, but I thought it needed more coffee flavor. Will probably make again and either add instant coffee to the Kahlua or use coffee extract that I found in an organic store.

Roast Pork with Cranberry Glaze
