Wow. I love this recipe! This soup is amazing!!
I did use 8 cups of chicken broth vs. water... and I cooked it maybe 30 - 40 minutes longer because I added 2 red potatoes after it'd been simmering for 30 minutes and wanted my potatoes very soft. I didn't have any onions so I added more garlic and salt. I also added chunks of some leftover whole chicken and spinach at the 30 minute mark. And I used fresh vs. can tomatoes... I pretty much don't like anything canned.
I'm glad I tried this recipe, it'd be great with some cornbread or biscuits. Yum!
