Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
I hardly ever made meatloaf because I couldn't get it to turn out just right. That was until I found this recipe. I use breadcrumbs instead of crackers and put a little bit less milk so it won't be as "mushy" but other than that I keep everything the same. My husband LOVES this. He asks for it all the time!

Mexican Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
This was a very easy and tasty recipe. I made it as directed other than the fact that I found I didn't really have enough jiffy mix to cover a 9x13 pan so I made 2 boxes. I also used to cans of corn and this was a meal in it's self. No other sides were needed. I sprinkled a little cheese on the top during the last 10 minutes of cooking time. It turned out great!

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2009
This was a very easy recipe and it was delicious! I did make a few small changes. I used cream of mushroom instead of cream of celery. Since I used that I omitted the mushrooms. Also, instead of water I used milk. My husband loved it as well!

Great mix of ingredients. Great Burgers! I added hamburger seasoning and worcestershire sauce just because I like a lot of seasoning.

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
I didn't have any onions in the house so I used onion soup mix instead of just water. I also cooked on 300 for an hour and then 400 for 30 minutes. This was by pure accident because I didn't read the directions correctly. :) But it turned out great! They were tender and delicious!

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
I did not like this recipe at all! I usually try to give the recipe a shot and follow the same ingredients. I should have looked at some of the other suggestions! It would have been ok but there was way too much salsa. Definetly cut back on that!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
This was very good. I followed some other suggestions and put the egg white on the crust. I don't know if I put too much or what but the top pie crust fell apart! Other than that this was great and my husband loved it.

Jiffy Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. The only change I made to it was that i shredded some velveeta cheese and put it on top along with some mozzarella cheese. It was absolutly delicious. I do not eat onions but the sauted onions in this made the dish. A++++ I will make again.
