My Mammaw used to make Pineapple Upside Down Cakes particularly for me, it was something we had. And every year for the holidays my mother's siblings made a pretty mean oyster stuffing/dressing. I absolutely love oysters and it's probably the only thing I miss about that side of the family;)

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This is so delicious, it's like its own little dessert. I would have been happy spreading this on top of a graham cracker, lol. I noticed a couple people having trouble with the consistency but if you notice in the instructions it suggests putting in the refrigerator after using. Try placing it into the refrigerator 15 minutes before using as well and it firms up just fine. I spread mine into a 9x13 of brownies, so I didn't really care what consistency it was. Tasty regardless. Thanks.

Baked Pork Chops I
I think baking them for an hour and a half was a bit of an overkill in my opinion, they were texturally unappealing. They were the consistency of Talapia as a matter of fact. I had a great cut of meat and do not understand why they would end up this way.

Chocolate Banana Bread
Made once with the chocolate & chocolate chips and then again without any chocolate & chocolate chips. Both went over very well and probably one of the best banana bread recipes I have ever made. I can't find anything wrong with this recipe.
