Spaghetti Sauce II

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
It was very good, however, very thick. It needs more liquid such as water or wine(or less paste, perhaps). Overall though it was well liked

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2007
Fantastic. Recommend, as others have suggested, to bake at 225F for 4 hours and then broil for 10 minutes. Awesome and easy.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
Awesome. Not spicy at all, in case you have folks who don't like spicy shrimp. Marinated for a few hours, making it nice and tender.

used it for our Christmas brunch...needed to bake it about 45 minutes. Modifications: We added some left over roast pork, extra mushrooms and chevre - yum.

Pork Roast with Thyme

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2006
Very good. I followed the recipe to a T, but fearing this would be too dry, I let the pork sit with the ingredients in the fridge for a few hours. I think that made it a bit more tender. I also basted every 20 minutes. Even with that, the pork is very flavourful but still a bit dry. This definitely needs a side sauce. I tried the cranberry, orange juice, brown sugar sauce (1 pt cran to 1/2 pt oj to 1/2 pt brown sugar) and heat that up. Made a great sweet sauce for garlicky pork. Yum.

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
Fantastic. Suggest adding more stuffing (double) to suggested pounds of pork. Also suggest cutting multiple pockets into pork in order to get more stuffing into every bite. Was a HUGE hit.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2006
The best pork tenderloin i've ever had. put a bit extra sherry & brown sugar just to sweeten it up some more. otherwise, followed the receipe. 20 minutes is just right on bbq at med/high. suggest 5 minutes per each of 4 'sides' of tenderloin. was nice with a pino grigio
