Very good. I followed the recipe to a T, but fearing this would be too dry, I let the pork sit with the ingredients in the fridge for a few hours. I think that made it a bit more tender. I also basted every 20 minutes. Even with that, the pork is very flavourful but still a bit dry. This definitely needs a side sauce. I tried the cranberry, orange juice, brown sugar sauce (1 pt cran to 1/2 pt oj to 1/2 pt brown sugar) and heat that up. Made a great sweet sauce for garlicky pork. Yum.
