Authentic Chinese Egg Rolls (from a Chinese person)
good!! I used coleslaw instead of cabbage, a mix of wild mushrooms since i couldn't find wood ear and I marrinated the pork roast in "Irene's Barbeque Sauce" (from this site) and baked.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
this was okay. I used cinnamon honey, since thats what we have in the house. I did add a scoop of frozen whip topping, and that make the smoothie better.
