Cornbread Pancakes

These came out awesome!!!! I used 1 TBS Vinegar & milk instead of the buttermilk and they were delicious! Great consistency with no alterations. See Photo :)

My family LOVED this! I cooked it right after the prep and it was awesome! Really does work with any kind of bread or cheeses. I can't wait to make it with some bacon!!!! Definite keeper!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

THESE ARE HEAVENLY!!!! I made them with margarine and raspberry preserves and they still came out irresistible! I can't stop eating them! I made them thick and got about 16 cookies out of a batch...I hope I can leave at least one for my hubby when he gets home from work...lol

Cinnamon Cookies II

These were just WONDERFUL!!!They came out looking very much like gingersnaps (thin and crackle topped) but were MUCH tastier with just the cinnamon. Slighty crisp around the edges but chewy in the middle.. JUST YUMMY!!!!!

Bread Pudding II

OMG!!!! This is the easiest and YUMMIEST bread pudding I have ever made!!! Awesome as a snack or even as a weekend breakfast! Just perfect as it is and I used cheap fresh white sliced bread! I beat the egg/milk mixture until it was nice and frothy and it came out fabulous!!!! - Will make often!!!

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

This cake is wonderful!!! Rich and moist and flavorful! I used two sticks of margarine instead of butter and oil and baked it in a 9x12 pan - came out LOVELY! Great with fudge frosting!

Mushroom Pork Chops

These are the best!!!! I browned the onions/mushrooms in a bit of oil and added 1/2 can of milk, used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup, and browned the chops using pepper and Adobo instead of garlic salt. I then put all of it into a pan, covered it with foil and baked it at 350 for an hour... FALL APART TENDER!!! The gravy is WONDERFUL over homemade mashed potatoes (which I season with Montreal steak seasoning and butter). Family wants this meal OFTEN!!!!

Easy Pie Crust

Loved this crust!!! So yummy and flaky!!! Better for meat pies, etc. as is, but I was making apple pie, so I will leave the salt out next time, as it was really noticeable to me. Overall the best crust I have tried making from scratch yet! (and SOOOOO EASY!!!!) I won't be buying boxed or ready made again!

This filling is the best ever! I added 1 tsp cinnamon and mixed the sauce with the apples before putting it in the crust...Son said it was the best apple pie he'd had yet!

Best Brownies

These ARE the best brownies!!! Made a double batch in a 9x12 pan last night and they were gone within 24 hrs! PERFECT consistency, awesome fudgy flavor!!! I microwaved the butter in a plastic mixing bowl and just stirred everything right in there... Be sure to mix the ingredients with a spoon only, though.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III

This was one of the best 'magic' pudding cakes I have made, (and I have tried a few...) Pudding was extra fudgy and cake was awesome with cool whip! Whole family LOVED it!
