BBQ Chicken Pizza

this is perfect!!! i used our favorite bbq sauce, and you can't go wrong with that!!!! yum.. I blogged this recipe. i only blog 5 star recipes, so this one is right up there as one of the best :)

this recipe is REALLY good!!! i loved someones suggestion to use the bacon pieces for the mashed potatoes.. it was such a hit. I think the broth made the best gravy too!!! i just added flour and a cup of water to it :). I blog recipes of 5 star recipes, and this one made my blog!

i should have listened to the last person that said to add a little milk. these were so good! but needed maybe a little bit more moisture to them. I love them though! different and tastey!!

Smothered Green Beans

this was perfect.. followed it exactly. My son had 3 helpings of it!!!! wow.. a child that eats green beans!!! I loved this. you definitely MUST be a bacon fan for this to be good to you. you taste it all through the beans too

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

with almost a 550 "FIVE" star rating how could i go wrong with this recipe??? I usually use stove top, but was up for a change!!! this is soooo good!! i made slight changes.. I used already pre made bread for stuffing, from the grocery, and i used a can of whole cranberries instead of the dried. I also omitted the liver (ack!!!).. and used a granny smith apple.. I didn't use turkey stock, because i figured the sauce in the cranberries would work in place of that, and i was right. It was perfect!!!!!!! very good.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

My husband actually is the turkey maker in this family, but this Easter i said "lemme give it a try".. so searched on allrecipes, and found this one.. and it was SUCH a hit!!!! i have never stuck my hand inside the skin of a turkey!! but wow, the flavor!!!! it's soooo good. It was a HIT with my family

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

i wanted to do something new for dessert for Easter.. and this one had 5 stars out of almost 350 votes!! how could I go wrong??? this is sooooooooooooo good... perfect! i would order this in a restaurant and pay for it again and again.. it's THAT good. My only change was the premade pie crust, i made my own with a graham cracker box mix..

This was delicious!!! I cheated a bit and took out the red pepper and onion, and substituded that with green onion, it still turned out fab, and the whole family loved it!

Green Bell Peppers stuffed with Tomato Lentil Couscous

VERY GOOD!!! the only thing is, I asked 5 people at the grocery store what "Lentil Couscous mix" was, and believe it or not, NOT one of them knew?? so I bought a lentil rice mix instead, which worked just as well and was fantastic!

Chicken Pasta - Shannon Style
