Broccoli Casserole

Very good the whole thing was eaten. Used 1/2 cup of mayo like others suggested. And French fried onion did not top the onions with butter. This is a keeper for sure.

Maria's Rice

My husband and I both loved this. For those of you who think it's to salty use unsalted butter next time. I'm going to use the leftover for chicken fried rice tomorrow night. Adding some egg and blacked chicken. Thanks for the recipe oh I also used the Lipton soup with 1 cup of water and added peas after I removed the foil. BIG HIT

Salisbury Steak

Really good gravy. I didn't have canned soup so I used a package of Lipton's onion soup mixed with 2 cups of water. I always have in on hand and it was just great. It's a keeper

Chicken Wing Dip

This was eaten within 5 minutes at a football party yesterday. One note I did not add the ranch dressing to make it more figure friendly. It was just as good if not better. I have had it both ways and again this was great.

Roasted Cajun Potatoes

These are really good!! I did put everything except the olive oil into a small food processor chopped it, and the added the olive oil and gave it a short whirl. I made a nice paste that stuck to the potatoes. These are little spicy but you can't stop eating them actually addicting.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Everyone said the spice was just perfect just enough. I made this last weekend then again because I cut the recipe in 1/2 so I had an additional cream cheese. SO I made the dip again and spread it on whole wheat tortillas the added grilled chicken put at top that was spread with the dip and used some kraft mexican cheese and baked them for about 10 minutes and cut then into wedges. WOW You can't go wrong with this one.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Myself and the family really loved this recipe. The sauce is exceptional and I have used the same sauce with boneless chicken breast. Thanks so much this will be a keeper. I have already passed it on to several people.

Cream Soup Base

This was great. I made the based then added 2 cups of chicken broth. It was still creamy. I cooked some minced onion,celery and carrots with thyme and added to base. I had some left over chicken about 2 cups and cooked up a box of Uncle Bens wild rice. Added all together then had to add a little more milk. It was wicked good!!!

Apple Radish BBQ Ribs

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III

This was sooo good great gravy and very tasty!! I added a cup of frozen peas the last 15 mins. to thicken it up. This is a keeper better than my moms beef stew sorry to say.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

These were gobbled up as soon as I got them out on the plate they get big stars from everyone!! I used 10 strips of bacon and used grand bisquets and cut them in quarters for the mini muffin pan. I dried the tomatoe bits on a paper towel and made the suffing a day ahead of time. Thanks for sharing

Mini Meatloaves

This was very good!! My husband loved it. I used a pound of ground turkey. I also sautéed about 1/4 chopped red onion and two stalks of celery then added them to the mixture. The sauce was a bit to sweet I will add a little less sugar next time but it gets a good rating.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

We really liked this recipe. My company even ask for the recipe. I only made two adjustments I browned the roast first then for the water I put only 1 cup and a 1/4 cup of cooking sherry. VERY YUMMY AND TENDER USED THE LONG VERSION OF COOK TIME. THANKS BETH
