Great recipe, the first couple times I have made it I used Feta cheese instead of blue cheese (I also have used a mixture of feta and blue). I also used Pickapeppa sauce for the hot pepper sauce, and added a little more like a half teaspoon. When I cook these, I grill them over wood indirectly. When cooking at 300-400 F it will take a little while, but they are SO savory and delicious.
