Really good and very yummy - left the sherry out as didn't have any. I know this will be consumed very quickly today and toddler loves it. Thanks Also left the milk out as forgot that also and will still very nice.

Trinidad Stewed Chicken

A little too sweet for me, but my husband loved it and so did my son. Really easy recipe, will make again, I also added 1 tbsp tomato puree.

Peking Pork Chops

Really good I used fresh ginger and added some spring onions,and a dash of sesame oil. This absolutely must be made with asian ketchup, I used Indonesian and it was so good we had seconds, and even considered getting back out of bed for more. The meat was very soft and fell apart.

This is really good and very easy. Everyone liked it and had seconds. I left the olives out, and added a little Burrito seasoning to the meat.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Great so easy to make, I used pre. cooked potatoes, so it cut that step out. I also added a can of sweet corn, trying to get the veggies in.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Not great, but not bad, I found it a little bland, although my husband loved it. Added a tin of sweetcorn to the rice.

Fettuccini Carbonara

Easy recipe, great pasta, just like in Italy, not flooded by sauce. Great with a salad. Add lots of blackpepper. Go easy on the salt you may have very salty bacon.
