Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Easy, kids enjoyed helping and taste great! We added chocolate chips and a little vanilla extract. Will make these again and also try different cake mixes! Very fun and simple

I followed the directions, they were horrible flat greasy and crumbly. Dont prepare this while your pregnant and hungry or mentally unstable :) Put me into tears and I had to toast a bagel after all the work and mess in the kitchen. No one liked them and I wasted a bunch of flour! I even read other reviews before preparing them and knew to add milk. Whats the secret or key? Id like to know before I throw out the rest!

Pizza Crust I

Really easy, tastes good and is a good starter to add your own touches to it. We have made many different kinds of pizza's using this and even sent some dough to my sister for her family.

Crackers a la Yvette

I also opted for the oyster crackers after reading reviews. I used olive oil instead and used the leftover crushed red pepper packets from the pizza deliveries along with some parmasean cheese. Even our 1 year old was addicted, all my husbands student/employees kept going to the bag I sent with him to work and they ate it all! We will prepare a huge jug bi-weekly for sure.

Quick Coffee Cake

Challah II

I used orange blossom honey and Moroccan Orange Blossom water. I didnt know how to "deflate" bread so I stabbed with with a knife a few times. I also didnt know how to braid 4 peices and did 3 peices, I skipped the egg whites ontop. I think I made it to thick but used a small convection so the top got to brown b4 the bottom fully cooked but its sooo yummy and sweet I will be making it again! Recipe was great

Cheese Biscuits I

This was really easy and I am a beginning baker, I mean I really onlly started cooking like 1 week ago! I made a large flat bread see the photo. My husband a cheese addict loved it and it even presents itself well on a lovely platter.

Dale's Lamb

This is one of the BEST lamb recipes I have ever at the pleasure of eating. Our picky 5 year old, said it tastes like heaven! I feel like I am having a gormet dinner in my own home and being a beginning cook the results make me feel like a professional cook and that I can now say "Yes I am a great cook!" Goes great with rosemary, garlic, olive oil potatos and the syrian bread we made yesterday from a recipe on this board.

Syrian Bread

Easy to make, first bread I have ever made! Just needed to know how long to let it rise. Tastes great, looks pretty as well. Went out and bought 25lbs of flour today and will make this a regular bread for our family.
