Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

This was nice and easy and tasted great. We had it with bread, granny smith apples and asparagus. I made it right in the fondue pot (ours can go on the stove) and just warmed the wine a bit in the microwave rather than boiling it, to avoid using an extra pot.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Very nice. I added some Italian sausage, since I tend to get complaints when I make vegetarian recipes. Next time I think I'll take the tops off the peppers rather than halve them, as I think it will make the presentation nicer.

Grecian Chicken

This was nice and simple and quite tasty. I don't like olives, but my boyfriend does so I used sliced olives (i.e. slightly larger pieces) rather than chopped, which made it easy to get most of them on his plate and avoid the few that wound up on mine. He loves feta so he dumped the remaining half package of feta on his serving, while I thought the recipe amount was just right.

Herb Roasted Pork

Nice and easy, but looks impressive when served. The vinegar gives it an interesting flavor you don't get every day. I used a white wine vinegar, which seemed to work well. I also used a much smaller piece of pork (1.5lb), as I'm only cooking for two. It was ready in about 2 hours. I used the same amount of the other ingredients though, so it was nice and flavorful. I almost think the herbs wouldn't have been enough for the suggested 5lb roast.

Stovetop Yankee Pot Roast

Very good. Much better than the recipe I used to follow for pot roast. I add potatoes and substitute bay leaves for the allspice.

Artichoke Chicken

Excellent and so easy! This makes a great weekday meal. Since I'm only cooking for two, I substituted egg noodles (cooked) for two of the chicken breasts, which made it a great all in one meal. I also did the 1/2 sour cream substitution recommended in many of the reviews.

Maple Salmon

I top this with some diced canned pears or other fruit. Makes it even more delicious. This is one of few fish dishes that my boyfriend will eat happily.
