Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup I

I skipped the tamari based on other reviews. Also, only added 2 cups milk as I wouldn't want it any thinner. It was very good served with some homemade bread. My only objection was that I would have wished that it had made a larger quantity!

Basic British Scones

These were easy and fun to make, and came out very well. I added a little more milk than the recipe said to. I cut 2" diameter circles, and made 35 altogether. They were delicious with honey on them.

Honey Crunch Pecan Pie

Not worth the extra trouble. My husband loves pecan pie, so I thought that he would be thrilled with this one, but he prefers the classic pecan pie. Takes more than twice the pecans that a "regular pecan pie" would, but is not any better.

Tofu Parmigiana
