Cream of Celery Soup

This is DELISH! The first time I ever had cream of celery soup was at this little restaurant in Port Aransas, TX. I immediately fell in love with it. It was so good. The first thing I did when I came home was look it up on this website(I'm addicted to this website by the way) and lucky for me there was a recipe for it. Only one though, but I didn't care as long as I got it. So tonight I made it, and it was exactly as I remembered it in the restaurant a month or two ago. This soup is a great appetizer. I served it with little toasted bread pieces. Yummy!

Zesty Tilapia with Mushrooms

Very good. I used canned mushrooms instead though. It tastes just like it sounds...like lemon zesty mushrooms.

Baked Doughnuts

These weren't very good. They're bland and light, but I guess if you're looking for something like that they would be okay. I would say they are coffee dunking doughnuts b/c that's all I would use them for. They don't have much flavor to eat by themselves.

Enchiladas

These were excellent. My boyfriend claims them to be the best enchiladas he's ever had. I used the "ten minute enchilada sauce" from this site for the enchilada sauce. I strongly recommend making this recipe with that sauce. It was so good. Thanks!

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Very, very tasty. Almost like a spicy, tangy taste. I froze the leftovers...I didn't want to waste such a good sauce. If your making enchiladas, you need to make this sauce!!

Peachy Pork Chops

They were good. I would prefer bonless next time. The flavor was good though. I'm usually not a fan of mixing fruit with food like this, but this was really good.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Great recipe. I didn't have Italian bread crumbs so I mixed some spices in my plain bread crumbs to make them iltalian style. I also used boneless pork chops. They were great>

Marinara Sauce

Very very good. I served it with spaghetti. The reason I gave it a five is b/c it had so much flavor. I added some garlic powder and I left out the half cup of water. I thought it would make it to runny. Mine turned out great. I froze the leftovers for next time. Great recipe.

Spicy Brown Mustard Chicken

My boyfriend loved it. Every time I make something from this website, I always ask him what he would rate it..and he always rates dishes lower than I do. He has only said 5 a couple of times..where as I have said five on most of the dishes I have made. This one he rated a five. If he says it's a five..that means it's good. Thanks

very good. i would reduce the amount of olive oil just a little though. it was a little oily, but very good. it's served served with grilled chicken breast atop.

Yummy! Everyone couldn't stop eating it. I made it for someone and everyone else ended up eating all of it, so now I'll have to make another. Very good. Great dish for a dinner party.

Powdered Sugar Cookies I

they were good, but didn't turn out like I expected. Make sure to spread the dough out when baking them. I ended up making one huge cookie b/c it all ran together. my guests loved them though.

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

These were okay! I read the reviews before I made them and everyone seemed to recommend microwaving potatoes before-hand. I microwaved my potatoes for 5 minutes before placing them in the baking dish, and they still turned out under-cooked. I would recommend microwaving the potatoes for maybe 10 minutes. I would mix the milk, onions, and potatoes very well first and then put the cheese on top. Bake covered. The recipe doesn't specify, but that would be best. Good luck.
