About this Cook
I'm a chemistry student at Imperial College in my third year. Chemistry is always been one of my passions but I don't want to make any rash decisions about my future. That's why I do so much as well as my uni work. I am an alternative model, singer, music journalist, website designer and film extra. I love just hanging round Crobar with my mates or curling up like a cat in bed! I'm mad about music, movies and dressing up but I also like bowling, reading and spending time on the net. I'd love to be involved in the music industry, even just as a band manager! I'm also involved in Rocksoc and IQ (LGBT) at Imperial.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking pasta dishes and baking. I enjoy experimenting with chicken and finding new ways to make it taste of something!
My favorite family cooking traditions
All the females in my family are good bakers so I like to carry that on.
My cooking triumphs
My mum's birthday cake came out really well and I was very happy with it.
My cooking tragedies
Nearly everything! I've baked plenty of cakes that haven't risen and there was some horribly interested lemon and herb breadcrumbed chicken!

Fudge Cake
This was absolutely gorgeous! Tasted just like a chocolate fudge cake should; moist, chocolatey but not too heavy either. I don't understand how anyone doesn't like it because it's too dry! I made a round 9" cake with the 18 serving recipe and it was perfect!

Chocolate Pudding Cake II
I cooked half the amount for 20mins. Both the husband and I liked this but wanted it to be more cake so would cook it longer in future.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
Everyone loved this when I made it the other day. I didn't make any huge changes and it came out great. Sticky like a good brownie should be but solid enough too.
