Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
Very yummy and easy to make. My 4 year old daughter helped and had a blast. I like that it made 2 loaves, as we were able to give one to our neighbors, but it would also be good for freezing. I think it would make a good gift for neighbors/friends at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
DELICIOUS!! Follow exactly for excellent cookies that the entire family will enjoy. Not too chocolatey and just the right amount of oatmeal. Chewy and not crispy so it's just about perfect in my book!

Easy OREO Truffles
DELICIOUS!! These are what oreos should taste like! They are a bit dangerous to have in the house, though, since they are just the perfect 2-bite size. I did omit the chocolate on the outside, so I guess technically they are not truffles, but I just rolled them into balls, refrigerated them and then rolled them in sugar. They look pretty with the white sugar on them and it was SUPER easy with no chocolate mess!
