Chewy Coconut Cookies

After reading all the great reviews, I had to try this. They are awesome! I cooked one batch as directed -- fabulous. I cooked another and added walnuts, golden raisins, extra coconut, and Malibu rum. Increased cook time to 12 minutes. Amazing! It's a keeper!!
