Made recipe without modifications and found these to be lacking something. The consistency of the smooth filling and crunch of the corn flake exterior was very nice but both seemed to be overpowered by the taste of the pepper itself. I think with a little tweaking based on personal preferences these would be wonderful!

Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops

Glaze is amazing! It turns out best in terms of consistency and taste if using a 'real' preserve that is homemade (either by you or purchased from a farmers' market rather than store bought). Though I have made it both ways and it's great every time. I always bake my pork to finish it off so I can't comment as to that portion of the recipe...but I think regardless of how you cook it, it's the glaze that really makes this a wonderful recipe!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Super easy and delicious!! Only change I make is when I bake them, I leave them in a little longer to get a crisper exterior. Absolutely wonderful!!

White Chili II

Excellent recipe. Not sure I would consider it to be 6 servings though as my husband and have fairly small appetites and can make 2 meals out of 1 batch (more like 4 servings). If you're using it as an appetizer or side dish then 6 may be accurate. Regardless--delicious and satisfying!

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

I'm not a fan of seafood, so I made this solely for my family. I had no idea what it was before I made it and found it to be extremely easy to make, but was somewhat disappointed in the presentation of it. Looked exactly like spaghetti only with shrimp and scallops, but everyone enjoyed it, so I guess that's what matters!!

Pepper Steak

Cheesy Vegetable Lasagna

I was drawn to this recipe as it did not use marinara sauce. However, I would caution anyone who is thinking about making it that it is extremely time consuming and bland. DEFINITELY ADD SOME SPICES!!

Mom's Ground Beef Casserole

Wish I would have added some tomatoes as another reviewer requested; just seemed as if it was missing something, and I think tomatoes may have been it. Still very good, and easy! Halved the noodles, beef and cheese as I like my casseroles creamier.

Smothered Bacon Chicken

Super simple. I like my bacon crispy, so rather than wrapping the breasts, I crumbled bacon on top the finished recipe along with sauted mushrooms. Also, added white wine as others had suggested. Turned out very well. Thanks for a simple, yet delicious recipe.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Super easy and a hit every time. Adding between a 1/2-1 cup of cheese adds a little color and flavor. I always do almond slices and dried cranberries to sub for raisins and sunflower seeds. Can do whatever you please; the broccoli and sauce are yummy with any combo of "add ins" you desire!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Wonderfully easy and yummy! Made these for a cookie exchange and found that even when made with the same exact ingredients the temperature of these ingredients can effect the expansion of the cookies...the cooler the dough before you put it in the oven, the less I found these to expand.
