About this Cook
I'm a 24 year old married to a wonderful man living in New York. We have 2 wonderful children...A boy and a girl(21 month old twins). Although my twins keep me very busy i try to cook as much as i can for my family.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking desserts and all different types of morrocon and israeli food. But recently i took on a more healthy lifestyle so i try to incorporate it as much as i can into my cooking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
All our wonderful jewish holidays.
My cooking triumphs
Definetly home made couscous!(hours of work-but well worth it)

Cinnamon Rolls II
I made some really healthy changes and these came out unbelievable! Firstly i used white whole wheat flour, soy milk instead of regular, and canola oil instead of butter. None was able to tell....I will surely be making these again!

Peppy's Pita Bread
These are unreal! i just have some things to add that will make this a lot easier. Firstly i put all the dry ingredients(including the yeast and pure whole wheat flour)in my kitchenaid bowl and mixed it with a spoon. Than i added the wet ingredients, and i let everything run on slow until the dough was formed. i let it rise for 1 hour, formed the balls to pancake shaped discs. Put them on a REGULAR COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER, and let them rise for 1/2 hour. i than put them in a 500 degree oven for 4 minutes, wrapped them in a regular kitchen towel(no brown bag handy),and removed them after 10 minutes. They were perfect!!!!!
