My favorite family cooking traditions
Whatever is in season and fresh from the garden or local stand, lots of herbs and spices, rice and gravy, french bread, corn bread, grilled, barbequed, and slow-cooked meat
My cooking triumphs
Thanksgiving Turkey, Shepherd's Pie, Pecan Crusted Baked Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Quiche, and Baked Macaroni and Cheese.
My cooking tragedies
Eggplant Parmesan, its my favorite dish and I wish I could cook it, but it never turns out well for me.
Omelets, I sometimes make horrible messes of omelets, even though my husband and my parents are all omelet eggsperts.
