Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

I didnt think I would like orange flavor in my stir fry, but this was really good. I substituted orange punch for the OJ, and it worked well. If I make this again I will double both the sauce and veggies.

BLT Salad

I made this salad the other night for dinner. This is the best salad I have ever had. I highly reccomend it to everyone. You wont be dissapointed. I used precooked bacon in a glass jar. I cut the garlic powder down to one half teaspoon. And I dont have a blender so I just mixed it by hand. I used iceberg lettuce instead of romaine also. Im trying to put more salads on our dinner table to be a bit more healthy and im really glad I tried this one.

Betty's Pork Roast

This recipe was the best pork roast I ever made. It was very tender and had a nice spicey flavor. I make this for my family about every 2 months.

Buttery Cooked Carrots

These carrots are mildly sweet. I would say that there is a perfect balance of sugar and butter. I recommend it to everyone. My one year old ate them up!

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

These potatoes are some of the best ive had. The ranch and cheese go great together. I used the colby-jack cheeses and now i will use it on alot more dishes. Yum.

Oyster Sauce Chicken

This chicken was tender and tangy and really good I put the liquid from the bottom of the pan in a ramekin and dipped the meat in it. I love food with alot of flavor and this has it.
