Slow Cooker Ham
What an amazing recipe! Everyone at the Easter dinner table was in heaven and said it had better flavor than the expensive honey baked. I used a store brand smoked ham, brown sugar on bottom and sides, covered with foil (ham too large to use lid) cooked on low for 4 hours and was perfect! Moist and very pretty to display. Don't forget the liner bag!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
I've been making breaded pork chops in the over forever. HOWEVER, this recipe is my only way to cook them from now on! I dried the chops with paper towel first, then dipped in flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs. Not one bit of the breading came off. I did adjust the seasonings to my family's personal taste. There were no leftovers in this house. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Fast and Delicious Black Bean Soup
I have been searching for a black bean recipe that tastes authentic without a lot of effort. Although, there are many recipes that claim to be authentic they are very involved without the results. This recipe (IMO without the ham) has it all, you can use this recipe or modify to your taste. After trying many recipes, this is going to be my mainstay. I did double the cumin, used about 1/2c ham (because that is all I had), and about 2 teaspoons of vinegar at the end. WE LOVED IT!! Thank you sooo much for posting. We served over yellow rice. :)
