Very good and surprisingly not as difficult to make as I thought it would be. I served with homemade mac and cheese and fresh string beans. I gave it 4/5 because I would have liked the wine sauce to be thicker.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

VERY good recipe, easy to make and requires simple ingredients. My husband does not like ricotta cheese AT ALL and therefore always scrapes it off of my lasagna. He ate every bite of his serving and was excited about having this for lunch tomorrow. A VERY good recipe for picky kids, a weeknight, or just when you are craving something warm and filling.
