World's Best Pasta Sauce!
I added one half cup small diced green peppers in addition to the half cup onion. I sauteed the green peppers and onion in a little olive oil until translucent, then added to the sauce. I used hot italian sausage instead of sweet (the tomato sauce hides the spicy and it just ends up being more flavorful than just sweet sausage) I add a little more garlic , and just be careful when adding salt because the sausage is already salty. I used 1/2 cup wine. Turned out AMAZING. Thank you :)

Roasted New Red Potatoes
How can something so easy be soooo good? well it was, followed instructions exactly. Tasted crispy and delicious! I used baby yukon golds cause that's what I had. They browned beautifully.

Split Pea Soup with Rosemary
This came out delicious! I was looking for a great recipe for my aunt who has cancer and I am so happy I found this. She can only eat pureed food and this was simply amazing. The flavors taste soooo good together, it's addicting. I did go with some of the reviews and used a low sodium chicken broth. The salt level was perfect, if anything it was seasoned just enough, and a little cracked pepper at the very end made even it more excellent, bringing out all the flavors. Thank you.
