Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2011
Very good. I also used butter instead of the margarine so they were more flat, but still yummy and chewy. I used the Pampered Chef cookies scoop and made 3 doz. I switched to the small scoop and they were just the right size.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
My sauce didn't thicken up enough and to me it was way too much chicken and not enough veggies. Flavor was good, but more like chicken soup with biscuits.

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

I agree. This is fab! I made a batch yesterday and like it better than the Tastefully Simple that I usually buy and it's much cheaper. It was so easy.

Blueberry Oatmeal Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
These were my first scones. I thought these were awesome! I used quick oats because that's what I had, subbed brown sugar for white, used walnuts, added a little cinnamon and salt and used about less milk (1/2 Cup) per reviewers suggestions. I had them warm with a cup of coffee and yum!

Kielbasa with Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Yum! I made this tonight and even shared it on facebook. I made it as written, but think next time I will used diced tomatoes instead of the stewed because they are smalller. I tried to half it, but I still could have used that 2nd can of tomatoes.

Sloppy Joes II

This is the only sloppy joe recipe we use. The one I have adds a Tbsp. of Worchestchire (sp?) Sauce. It is a big hit with family and friends too.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
This was very good. Of course we all make changes, but all I did was swap a potato for the peas and I baked my chicken breast instead of boiling it with the veggies. I poked the bottom crust and pre baked it 7 minutes per another review. Crust was not soggy at all. Definitely a keeper.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These were delicious. I added 1 cup choc. chips to mine. You don't need to refrigerate, roll into balls or flatten. I just used my Pampered Chef Med. Cookie Scoop and they were perfect. My 15 month old kept begging for them. I had to hide them. Hubby and daughter loved them too.

Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
My picky 6 year old really liked this. I would suggest that you heat the spaghetti sauce before you put it over the pasta. The recipe doesn't mention it, but I ended up having to nuke it to heat the sauce through because it was taking so long.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

this was very good, but like some of the others I would eliminate the salt and also use reduced sodium chicken bouillon.

Blackberry-Chocolate Chip Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2006
This was very good. Like the others I was a little hesistant to make it because it sounded quite different, but put my trust in the 5 star rating. It was a big hit. I have given the recipe to several people that I shared the pie with. I liked it best cold with a scoop of ice cream...yum!

Black and Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2006
Made these this morning and they were really good. My girls gobbled them up when they were still warm. I use whole wheat pastry flour for my baking and added about 1/3 Cup more whole wheat flour because the batter was so runny, but they baked up perfectly.

Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2006
I made this for a church picnic today and it was just yummy ! I also added salt and powder to my white flour instead of using self rising flour and it came out just fine. I made it like the recipe instructed and had a beautiful golden crust over the whole top. Everyone loved it. I will use this again for other fruit cobblers.
