Glazed Meatloaf II
I hesitate to say I made this meatloaf b/c I made quite a few modifications. I used a pound of hamburger and a pound of pork, didn't use boullion but used onion soup mix, 2 eggs, and 2/3 of a cup of seasoned breadcrumbs. Regardless, it was very good! I asked my husband if he thought it was maybe a little too sweet...he said maybe a bit, so I would probably cut down the brown sugar to half. It was very good though, and we enjoyed it very much, especially the glaze. Definitely a keeper! :)

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken
This was ok, but nothing spectacular. Part of the problem is that my chicken breasts were dry...and I used the liquid quantities specified and cooked on low for six hours. So the fact that the meat was dry is really contributing to my average rating.

Ginger Steak
Ok...first of all, this was SUPER easy to make, and it was so good! My husband went on for half an hour afterwards about how much he liked it, and then came in the kitchen and asked me if I would need to buy more spices so I could make it again. A hit at my house!
