Glazed Meatloaf II
I hesitate to say I made this meatloaf b/c I made quite a few modifications. I used a pound of hamburger and a pound of pork, didn't use boullion but used onion soup mix, 2 eggs, and 2/3 of a cup of seasoned breadcrumbs. Regardless, it was very good! I asked my husband if he thought it was maybe a little too sweet...he said maybe a bit, so I would probably cut down the brown sugar to half. It was very good though, and we enjoyed it very much, especially the glaze. Definitely a keeper! :)
