Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

This is absolutely the best!! One hint.. sweet potatoes have alot of natural sugars so if you roast them at 450 for 40+ minutes they will become very soft; the outside dark and be very sweet. If you use a potato ricer it removes all of the strings and then taste prior to adding any sugar. The 1/4 - 1/2 c. depending on the quantity of potatoes will be plenty. ENJOY! I promise they will come back for seconds.

Easy Key Lime Cheesecake

I began with the original recipe and simply adjusted ingredients to create enough for a 9x13 pan and added cream cheese. I did use regular lime juice rather than key lime juice and added a small amount of lemon juice to adjust the flavor note. It was delicious and fed my crowd.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

These are delicious, easy, and healthy! Bake them in mini muffin tins for 8-10 min and you have a great breakfast ready in no time! Easy to take to meetings; lunch boxes; etc. ENJOY!!

Grandmother's Famous Cranberry Bread

I have been looking for a dense and intensely cranberry bread reminiscent of one my mom made. I doubled the flour; sugar; butter; juice and zest and eggs; coarsely chopped a bag of fresh cranberries. I filled a 4 loaf stoneware pan sprayed with Pam 3/4 full and had great results. The texture turned out great and the taste is wonderful. It will make a great gift as it holds together well and slices beautifully.

Sweet Party Mix

This is a great recipe. I didn't have dark corn syrup so I used light corn syrup;decreased the amount by 1/2 cup; increased the brown sugar by 1/2 cup and it turned out wonderfully. I also added candy corn and halloween colored M&M's to trick it out for the holiday. Yummy!!

Absolute Best Pancake Syrup

Odd combination starting with the buttermilk; but it is truly delicious.Ty adding different spices ( nutmeg; ginger;more cinnamon). A new family favorite!!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Very good recipe.Everyone enjoyed it. One suggestion is to fold in a bag of butterscotch chips right before baking. It really takes it over the top and adds a yummy buttery taste. :)

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

It was excellent but instead of a crockpot, I used a roasting pan. I heated some olive oil, rubbed the meat with salt and pepper seared the meat in the hot oil and then browned 2 large onions in the same pan then poured the seasoning over the meat and covered in foil. I cooked it for 2 1/2 - 3 hours then shredded and stirred in all of the juices and onions together. Delicious. My family could not wait; they ate it straight out of the pan
