Garlic Prime Rib

This came out perfect! I too was nervous about cooking at 500 degrees for a full 20 mins, but I stuck to it and it came out great. Only thing I added was horseradish to the marinade-which was wonderful. I took it out of the oven when it reached 125 degrees and let it sit. It reached about 135 when I carved it. This made my Christmas eve! I will definitely make this again.

Spinach Tortellini Soup

This soup was quick and delicious! I used fresh garlic instead of powder, and cooked the tortellini seperatly. I think this will become a common dish in my household!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

My turkey came out perfect-and it was my first turkey ever! All I did was leave about half the broth out on the side and periodically basted it with the extra. Was very juicy and golden brown!
