Kickin' Collard Greens

I choose a lot of the 4.5 and 5 star recipes on this site and have never been disappointed. This recipe is a good base, but for those of us who don't eat pork, the three bacon slices posed a problem. My solution was to use the meat and broth from a smoked turkey leg. (I boil two at a time, divide the meat and broth into 6 portions and seal them in freezer bags for future use). For this recipe, I used 2 cups smoke turkey broth mixture and one bullion cube. I didn't use any sugar, but I will next time. Either way, it's a great recipe.

Rattlesnake Pasta

Very good. The only thing I would have done differently would be to cook the meat first an set aside. I waited until my pasta was done to fry the chicken and the noodles were a little sticky.
