Guinness® Corned Beef

My family loved this corned beef. My youngest has already requested I make it again (and he is not a meat eater). Will make this again for sure.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

My family of four loves this dish and I love that it is so easy to make. We usually serve it over rice because that is how my husband grew up eating stroganoff.

This is a nice simple recipe and with two active boys that is perfect for me. I did add a little chili powder to it to give it a little extra spice. But other than that I followed the recipe and everyone liked it.
