Cream Filled Cupcakes

The filling separated shortly after mixing and turned into a liquid mess even though I added extra powdered sugar. The cupcakes themselves turned out okay, but nothing great

Caramel Apple Coffee Cake

I give the cake 5 stars and the frosting/glaze 3. I used half white and half brown sugar as suggested, and also half oil half cinn applesauce. I also used about 2 cups of apple since I thought it looked like plenty. Turned out very moist. I will chop up the apples even smaller next time as a personal preference. The glaze turned out runny for me, so I don't know what I did wrong there. I will probably use a diff glaze for it the next time I make it

fantastic flavot, but i cooked mine for 70 min. and still not cooked in the middle. will try again @ 350 instead of the 325, maybe that will work out

White Texas Sheet Cake

had this recipe saved forever and finally tried it and i am so glad i did! i made it just like the recipe said, and it turned out fantastic. i thought i had overbaked it at 20 minutes because it looked so dark brown on the edges, but i didn't. it just cooks like that. it turned out really moist and flavorful. i will be making this many times i am sure in the future.

Special Buttercream Frosting

i made this with half shortening and half butter like many had suggested and the taste was great! i just had a hard time using it with any decorating tips. i could only use it for making straight piping lines and letters. it hardens really well without being too hard. i will be using this again for sure :)

Honey Bun Cake I

made this exactly like the recipe lists and it tastes absolutely fantastic. more like a cinnamon roll than a honey bun, but yummy!! will probably spray the pan next time because i used a bundt pan, but will keep the rest the same :)

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Turned out very well. I doubled recipe and made in the microwave. Will use milk chocolate chips next time though instead of semi-sweet to give it better frosting flavor.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Very good. Will probably use fudge cake mix next time instead of the dark chocolate I used this time. Made exactly as stated, except used half the amount of choc chips and used the mini ones like someone else suggested. Cooked for 50 min. It was very thick when mixing which took a little extra time, but it was worth it. Will make again.

Blueberry Buckle

Followed reviews and decreased flour to 1 1/2 cups and added vanilla. Tasted great!! So moist! The only problem I had was with the topping, mine didn't crumble like it should have. Anyone know what I did wrong?

These do not taste like Keebler cookies at all. They taste like regular sugar cookies with pecans in them. I followed the directions exactly. I will not be makine these again.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are excellent!! I was very surprised that they tasted so good since it is such a simple recipe. I used half the amount of butter and substituted shortening for the other half to make them keep more of their shape. I also cooked them on parchement paper instead of having to spray the pans. Will be making these many more times!

Chewy Sugar Cookies

These turned out excellent!! They melt in your mouth. I used margarine from the tub and I think that is why they were not able to be rolled into balls though. So I just used my cookie scoop to put them on the pan. They baked perfectly.

Best Ever Pie Crust

I have a terrible time trying to roll out this crust. It rips apart when I try to put it into the pie pan. I can only use it for pies that only have a bottom crust because I have to piece it together by hand and press it into the pan. My husband loves the flakiness of it though.
