GREAT, I made this last year and I am making again this year. Everyone loved it. I ended up make numerous times just to give away. Fast, very easy and good directions. Would highly recommend. I am making it again this year 2004

Grated Potato Dumplings

Good, I strongly suggest using red potatoes. Red potatoes have more favor and less water.

Tomato Florentine Soup I

Great Soup, Easy to make. I added four (4) Italian Sausage Links; chopped up for extra flavor. Would highly recommend. I par-boiled the sausage-then quick browned and then chopped into small pieces.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

Gooey Butter Cookies

These were Great. Would recommend. Followed recipe and found very easy. I did on half of recipe put chocolate chips on top and turned out great

Southwestern Turkey Casserole

I used left over turkey that I had smoked. My husband and his friends loved it. I also added a can of corn to mixature. I would make again. I don't like turkey, but tasted it and it was good.
