Turkey Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2012
Love this recipe. After Thanksgiving I use left over turkey (if there is some) and make small turkey pot pies and freeze them. AS a small pot pie they cook up great.

Fish with Cucumber-Orange Relish

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2012
Very good! Not big fish eaters but trying to eat more. Used Catfish and a little less vinegar. Also did not want to buy a whole thing of fresh dill so used dried. The fresh probably has a stronger dill flavor.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
I made it just as the recipe called for. The only thing I do different is I spread it thin to the toffee is thin instead of thick.

Sweet Zucchini Relish

Wow. I didn't realize how easy it was to make a sweet relish and get rid of too much zucchini. This was great. Will be giving some away for christmas.

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
This was great! My whole family said it was the best BBQ we have had. I was having 15 people so I increased the recipe. You do not need that much marinade. I am making it again this week for 14 people and will only double the recipe.

Fresh Tomato Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
This was great. I used 2 large purple russian heritage tomatoes and wow -what a flavor. I also sprinkled a little parmasean cheese in the bottom to help soak up liquid. After slicing tomatoes I did drain them on paper towels. My family loved it and I will make it again
